Let us know your name and medical insurance member number so our office can check your benefits. Please ask our office for a secure way to provide your member number; don’t put it in a public website contact form.

We’ll verify your benefits

We’ll check whether massage is covered under your plan and tell you your expected copay before scheduling.

Book your visit

Once we’ve confirmed your benefits, we’ll help you find an appointment.

Coverage and copays depend on your individual plan. We’ll verify your benefits before booking; having an HMAA/HWMG plan alone does not guarantee massage coverage.
