Waypoint Therapeutics is proud to accept VA patients through the Dept. of Veterans Affairs TriWest Community Care Network (CCN). Veterans can receive personalized therapeutics massage therapy at no out-of-pocket cost through our practice with authorized referrals
How to Get Started
✅ Step 1: Speak with Your VA Primary Care Provider
Ask your VA doctor if therapeutic massage is appropriate for your condition (such as chronic pain, stress, mobility issues, or injury recovery).
✅ Step 2: Request a Referral Through Community Care
Your provider will submit a referral for massage therapy through the VA Community Care Network (CCN).
Make sure they select Waypoint Therapeutics as your preferred provider.
✅ Step 3: We’ll Contact You!
In most cases, once your referral is approved, TriWest will fax or email the authorization directly to us at Waypoint Therapeutics.
➡️ As soon as we receive it, we’ll contact you directly to schedule your sessions. No need to worry!
✅ Step 4: Attend Your Approved Sessions
Your authorization may include a specific number of sessions (e.g., 12 visits over 6 months).
We’ll guide you through the process and provide high-quality care tailored to your needs.
